This is a plain-language summary of how DAREALTYTE works and what it doesn't promise, not a substitute for a lawyer-drafted agreement. If you're relying on this for a business with real customers and real payments, have it reviewed before treating it as your final terms.

What the service does

DAREALTYTE retrieves a historical snapshot of a domain from the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine, applies a best-effort cleanup pass, and can deploy the result to a new Vercel project. See the FAQ for what the cleanup step does and doesn't catch.

You're responsible for what you recover

DAREALTYTE doesn't verify domain ownership or content rights. You're responsible for having the legal right to the domain and content you recover and deploy. Don't use it to republish a site or content that still belongs to someone else. Recovered content may include third-party copyrighted material, trademarks, or personal data captured by the original crawl — review what gets deployed before pointing a real domain at it.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that recovered content will be complete, accurate, safe, or free of leftover malicious code. The cleanup step is a best-effort filter against known patterns, not a security guarantee.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAREALTYTE and its operator aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of recovered content or deployments made through the service — including lost data, lost business, or third-party claims related to content you chose to deploy.

Third-party services

DAREALTYTE relies on the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine, Vercel, Clerk, and Stripe. None of these are affiliated with or endorse DAREALTYTE, and their availability, pricing, and behavior are outside our control. An outage or policy change on any of them can affect whether DAREALTYTE works.

Payment & access

Access is a one-time $18 payment covering 6 months from the date of purchase.
There's no subscription and no automatic renewal — access simply expires at the end of the 6 months.
Because access is granted immediately on payment, purchases are non-refundable once the operator console has been used, except where required by law.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the current version.
